Moonstruck company didn't provide service this is fraud company.This company says that you send your mixer and I will do the service but when I asked who will pay the shipping charges, then Moonstruck company says that the customer will have to pay. why?

How long will I wait. Previous last month I was trying to talk about repair my grinder mixer but both company #flipkart and #moonstruck are doing fraud on the name of product warranty and also #flipkart promoting wrong product for extra commition.
