Bought Samsung S21FE-Sep2022.After One UI 7 update 2024 got #Greenline.Samsung replaced display with 8k discount. Now again after One UI 8 update Dec2025 same issue. Service centre says no support due to new policy.Any solution. @SamsungIndia

I have got an display line problem on my s21 fe phone.Please samsung solve such problems.Its a flagship series phone.Service centre people are saying it has crossed 3 yrs of purchase.

This is my humble requst to @samsung please give a be a better solution to us customer on green line problem .This is requst from a Samsung Fan.

But after one year When I updated my phone to One ui 8 again it got green line on 15 Dec 2025.When I visited samsung service centre they told me that my device is above 3yrs of purchase so now they wonts change its display free of cost as per their new policy.

So I contacted Samsung customer service for discount.And after few days of talk they gave me discount of near about Rs.8000 & Charged 2000 from me .I was happy with that & I thought thsi problem will not come next time.

I purchased my Samsung S21 fe on 26th Sep 2022 from Samsung shop app.After one UI 7 update on 2024 I got green line on my display.I was feeling very sad at that time.I visisted Service Centre and told me to replace the display which will cost Rs.10000 near about.

I just got scammed on @Flipkart — not once, but TWICE. 

So I ordered a ₹2.6 lakh MacBook Pro and got a used, old model inside a sealed Apple box. We filmed the entire open box delivery, you can see that in first attached video.

I immediately requested a replacement, and this time I unboxed the product at the EKart office under CCTV, and again the MacBook had smudges and marks so basically not new (second unboxing video attached below). 2 times. 2 wrong deliveries.

After a discussion with customer care they started a return and then after 2 days they called me and offered me a compensation of 13K which I rejected, then 18K I rejected again and finally they offered me 10% which I rejected again.

And after all this negotiation they rejected the return. So I called them again and I asked for 10% compensation as it was a lot of hassle by talking to them. And moreover, I was able to clean the marks but the laptop was not new in the first place.

So why am I posting about it, here’s the disturbing part: it’s not just me. This seller called "Treasure Haul Online" has been scamming people for years. Users on LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X have posted about the same seller since 2023.

I genuinely have 3 questions to ask:
1. How are fake products getting packed in sealed Apple boxes?
2. How is this seller still active despite public complaints from 2023?
3. How is this “Assured” if even Flipkart can’t verify what’s inside?

@flipkartsupport, this isn't a mistake, it's negligence. You are enabling fraud through your platform.

This requires investigation, I am requesting action against the seller and Flipkart.

After a long wait of 10 days samsung replace my S21 fe display which had green line issue on it with service cost of Rs2000 & gave me a discount of Rs8000.Thank you.👍

@SamsungIndia As a Renound brand please provide free diplay replacement to S21 fe users who are facing display lining problem just after one ui 6.1 update.If you provide such defective update just after warrenty period and ask users to pay high display changing amount.Its wrong.
