@airindia AI173 delayed 2 hours in Delhi and then lands in SFO 40 mins past 7, we had a 10 am connection from partner airline Alaska but you guys didn’t allow us to deboard the flight till 9:15 am for some unknown reason.. obviously missed connection but no one from AI at SFO t3
