@NorwegianSpursy Exercise will help but diet is the crucial part. If you eat in a calorie deficit (below your maintenance calories), you’ll lose weight. Lifting will help ensure you’re losing more fat than muscle. You can still eat things you like, just track it with calorie apps like I mentioned
