If I say, "I am depressed," then depression is something I experience.
If I ask, "Who experiences it?" and answer, "I do," then who is that "I"?
If I identify with my thoughts, who is aware of those thoughts?
If I identify with my body, who is aware of the body?
Thoughts are observed. Emotions are observed. The body is observed.
So what is the observer?
Who is actually aware?
@dejanirasilveir Is not going out waving flags. That's not going to save any of your countries. Grab the politicians by the neck and hang em that's the only way. Burn out corruption 100%
What he's doing is extremely unnecessary. What a waste. He wants to see, but he doesn't know who he is. Because if he knew who he was, then he wouldn't be doing what whoever he believes himself to be is doing.
The real question is: Who wants to know? He should be focusing on that.
