Boarded the flight, now in the aircraft for more than an hour. More delay because a pallet fell from the cargo hold and broke. 6 hrs delay and counting. Really hungry and tired. Air India is so consistently bad. When will they improve?

@airindiain Horrible experience. Received an email saying flight delayed by 4 hrs. Then another to say it's back to original schedule with 3 hours of departure. We reached the airport in panic to find out flight is delayed by 5 hrs. (1/2)
