I booked a flight to Dallas, AA1672. The gate agent got me on an earlier flight. I was surprised to learn that the airplane they put me on is going to Charlotte with no connection to Dallas. I’m airborne on AA1715.
I have no idea how my destination got changed. @AmericanAir
