@saramikaila @crabears Buckle up. Not the most fun I’ve ever had, but more fun than cancer!! Find some form of weight bearing exercise you like. Lots of yoga counts. I’ve been trying to learn machines at the gym. Anytime your muscles are used, and pull on the bones, your body makes more bone.
