Men today have lost sight of who they are, wandering in a world that no longer teaches strength, but weakness.

They trade the armor of integrity for the hollow praise of idols, seeking validation in places that only lead them further from the truth.

They are told that masculinity is to be shamed, that to be strong is to be feared. And so, they fall tempted by false leaders who promise fulfillment but deliver only emptiness.

But the path to reclaiming what has been lost does not lie in following these shadows of men. True strength, true masculinity, is found only in Christ. It is through Him that we discover our purpose as protectors.

As leaders.

As warriors for righteousness.

The strength that men seek is not in power for its own sake, but in the power of the Cross, the power to stand tall against evil, to protect the innocent and to hold fast to truth when the world would have us bend.

When a man follows Christ, he no longer seeks approval from the world.

He becomes a lion, not because of his own might but because the King of Kings is by his side. The courage to lead, to fight, to love with a heart of fire, it all returns when we lay down our lives at the feet of our Lord.

To be a man is to serve Christ, and through Him, we reclaim what has been taken.

The question is not whether we can be strong again.

The question is: will we?

I remember visiting Leipzig soon after the fall of the Berlin Wall and was curious why the main streets were so tidy, but the roads immediately behind them were so unkempt. The reason? The East German regime was only concerned about putting up appearances.

The same applies here - the road from Chinhoyi to Makuti is a road from hell - the worst and most dangerous I have ever driven on anywhere in the world, but nothing is done about it because @SADC_News leaders will never see it.

Instead the resources which should have been used to maintain that critically important road have been diverted to build a fancy new highway to our new Parliament. All just to create the impression over 3 days in the minds of SADC leaders that all is well.

The people however know better.
