You put in the work today. Question is what you did after?
David Ballou, Alabama: “A lot of people work hard… it’s the people that stack nutrition and sleep and hydration on top of it… those are the ones who create separation.”

Most people spend thousands flying to Europe before seeing the extraordinary places closer to home.
Don’t wait until you’re too old to realize what you missed.
Here are 20 places in the United States and Canada to see before you die.... 🧵
On September 9, 2025, 43 year old North Dakota farmer Randy Fyllesvold left home like it was any other day.
Near Maxbass, his pickup truck collided with a farm sprayer at a rural intersection. He never made it home.
He left behind his wife, Kharra, their two sons, and 1,400 acres of corn, soybeans and canola still standing in the fields. Harvest season was approaching fast. Every passing day meant more uncertainty for the family and the farm Randy had worked all year to build.
Then two of Randy's friends, Wyatt Thompson and Andy Gates, made a decision.
They told Randy's father in law, Larry Peterson, not to worry about the harvest. They would take care of it.
Phone calls began spreading across North Dakota.
One by one, farmers answered.
More than 75 volunteers from over 10 communities arrived with 12 combines, more than 40 trucks, grain carts and everything needed to bring in the crop. Some even came from the town where Randy had lived years earlier because they wanted to help one of their own.
The work was organized into three harvesting teams. Combines rolled across the fields while trucks carried grain to the elevators without stopping.
What could have taken weeks for one family was finished in just two days.
Standing there, Kharra watched her husband's final harvest come in. She later said the kindness shown to her family was "nothing short of breathtaking." It was the last harvest Randy had planted, and his neighbors made sure he was able to provide for his family one final time.
Wyatt later explained it with a sentence that said everything.
"To know Randy was to love Randy."
The fields were harvested.
But what people will remember most is how an entire farming community refused to let one family carry their grief alone.
The most socially acceptable way to destroy your life:
Overthink everything.
Act on nothing.
Your mind calls it “figuring things out.”
Here are Eckhart Tolle’s 7 steps to break the loop: 👇
1. Recognize that there’s a voice in your head that never shuts up.
As someone who prioritizes his family first (at least sure tries!), this is a trick I learned early on...include the kids in the mundane and everyday tasks/trips!

Class of 2027.
I think this message is important to share with you before your Senior Year of Football. You don’t realize it now but someday you will. It’s going to be one of the most amazing times of your life.
You’re going to have a town, a community following you and watching your every move. Take a look around, see all the kids that show up to support you. You were once one of those little kids that played football during the game, looking at the boys on the field as if they were Gods.
Thank your family and support system for supporting you to become the player you are now. They went thru a lot to get you here, you didn’t do this alone. Tell them that because at the end of the day they are the ones that will be there for you after all this passes. They believe in you.
I’m 37 years old and I still think about it often. The memories you have with your brothers and what you achieve because of the hard work you put in for years and years.
Do all you can to leave everything on the field. Become the leader you once saw from an older teammate. Sit down and look around from time to time, take in the moments for they will be memories you’ll have for a lifetime.
Focus on your team now, not recruiting. This is the best team sport in the world. It’s time to focus like there is no tomorrow, you never know when there is no tomorrow in your football playing career. ✌🏼

Andy Reid shares the 4 rules for being successful in life.
"Life is going to throw you some curveballs, all of us, and you're not going to bail. You're going to stand in there and you're going to keep swinging."
These rules aren't just football advice - they're a blueprint for life.
1: Eliminate distractions - Focus on what matters. Cut the noise.
2: Create energy - Don't wait for motivation. Generate it.
3: Fear nothing - Doubt and hesitation kill more dreams than failure ever will.
4: Attack everything - Play offense with your life. Don't react - initiate.
They are all rooted in focus, action, resilience, and consistency.
It's about ownership and living on purpose.

John Harbaugh says every team fights 4 silent forces - every single day.
He and his brother named them years ago.
You won't always see them - but they shape your culture and define your team.

At Lee’s Summit Legacy Park, about 11 miles of trails cut through its 700 acres of rolling prairie. Mountain bikers, walkers and kayakers will all find a niche. Heads up: The mountain bike trail is presently overgrown and hard to follow. Paved = fine. https://t.co/7YAtnPHoRS
