@IAMANITABAKER@ncatsuaggies I can easily assume that hundreds maybe thousands (a lose estimate) of people attend(ed) the university because of the Blue and Gold Marching Machine, which the university benefits from until this day. Give us what we’re worth. TALK IS CHEAP, ACTIONS SPEAK!!! #AggiePride
@IAMANITABAKER@ncatsuaggies We literally travel across the country representing the university, despite the maltreatment we receive. I honestly feel that the university uses us as trophy. We are STUDENTS of the university, that pay tuition just like other athletic participants.
@IAMANITABAKER@ncatsuaggies Now imagine if we had a proper band room and practice field. We risk(ed) injury marching on a muddy field to prepare for this show and risk losing our hearing because we have to practice in a WEARHOUSE from July to May! We deserve better, and if we’re really phenomenal, SHOW US!

Viola Davis tells Variety that a director called her by his maid’s name:
“I had a director who said, ‘Louise!’ I knew him for 10 years and he called me Louise and I find out that it’s because his maid’s name is Louise...those micro-aggressions happen all the time.”
