Want a new purifier - they will assist you immediately on call.
Want to uninstall purifier - you can’t reach to them on phone, chat support is painfully slow, you can keep raising tickets but won’t see any updates, no one will reach out…

If you select auto assign seat while checking into an @AkasaAir flight, they won’t send you your boarding pass citing “temporary” problem which is always.

Waiting in a long line at the airport because I don’t have my boarding pass. smh

@socialepfo my claim to transfer funds from one passbook to latest passbook was accepted and settled. However the transfer was rejected (but claim accepted) by the office, now my money is deducted from the old passbook but never reached the new passbook.
