We understood that coz of COVID some things were stopped and it's fine, but the main things is HYGIENE and public's expected facilities in the Train...which is the most important thing...
!!!!Kindly make our railways better not for couple of years, but for permanently!!!!

@IRCTCofficial Requesting you to maintain the cleaning of trains, which would be really grateful for the citizens.
There's a train named tirupati - puri (17480), and condition of 2nd AC, coach (A1) isn't maintained at all. Really worst in maintenance.
Hope it will be maintained.
