@Richard84205517 @Evan_P_Grant In hindsight, yes, it looks like it was a poor signing. But at the time of the signing, I am pretty sure the majority of Rangers fans were excited about adding Joc. It addressed the issues we had at dh as well as the issues we had with hitting fastball.

@AdenDN02 @BraydenBrower3 @bzzaragoza50 yes, his season numbers are not good. but if you look at his numbers since he had his little reset, his numbers in june/ july are pretty solid. couple that with the defense hes played. hes not going anywhere as long as he maintains what he has done the last month plus.

@NashTalksTexas I think it had a lot more to do with lack of offense, they struggled to consistently score most of the season but always seemed to come up with a big hit in the later innings. Then really got bad when Flores and Gasparino forgot how to hit or even have competitive at bats.

@MDKUNKEL65 @DLLS_Rangers Burger is controllable til 2029 and has been a very good hitter in his career so far .250 BA and has about 30hr/year. since being brought back up hes hitting .333 with a .926 OPS. I don't see Walcott being called up this season barring multiple injuries.
