Still no interest or response from @AerLingus regarding the theft of items from my luggage whilst in their care for the last month. They really don't care about their customers or their belongings, they just want your money. Avoid like the plague!

So, @AerLingus have not bothered to contact me regarding the theft of my property whilst in their care. Please don't travel with these people, they lose your luggage, then rifle through your property looking for valuables before stealing them and then not caring.

i see @AerLingus has now gone fully automated on their twitter DMs 🤣 must be getting fed up of getting the same questions from ALL of their customers! a week ago they created a mailing tag for DHL to return my bag - they still haven't given it to them!
@AerLingus i did, on the wrong number. not the number i gave you on the chat. the voicemail told me nothing except to call your baggage number, which they don't answer!
@AerLingus so, after asking me for my details and contact number, they ring me on a different number, and leave a voicemail asking me to call them back. on a number which doesn't answer! you couldn't make this up! ive messaged you my number twice, tell them to use it.
@AerLingus I have, and then got the same automated bot, asking for the same details, so filled all that in and got the automated "all our agents are busy.." message 🤣
@NRPrescott@AerLingus i wouldn't hold your breath. they've pulled down the blinds and are hoping this all goes away. they created a shipping label with @dhlexpressuk a week ago, but they still haven't bothered to hand over my suitcase to them to deliver it!
Awful nightmare travelling with @AerLingus to New York. All my family luggage is lost with my wife’s medications inside.
No updates, no online info and they don’t even pick up the phone. Holidays ruined and total lack of respect to customes

@AerLingus your customer service is non-existent. Genuinely, I don’t believe you have anyone answering calls. I’ve called three times at 5am and given up after 2 hours on hold. Your web chat is equally bad.
