@MartinSLewis This is the usual and useless response you get from @TheRangeUK - 6 times I've tried contacting them about a Marketplace return - each and every time, either no response or they respond, and say sorry in the same message! No chance to reply to their msg.

@TheRangeUK don’t buy anything online from the range as nightmare to get refund —took to store—would not accept, phone number on website does not work—whatsapp delay of 4 hours—ridiculous—not shopping there again

So I purchased a Rattan furniture set from the Range which arrived today and the things that are wrong with it beggars belief.
1. No instructions.
2. No bolts/ screws for any item.
3. No glass for fire pit.
4. No stones for fire pit.
5. Fire pit damaged.
6. Table side damaged.
7. Only 5 back cushions when there should be 8.
8. No cushions whatsoever for stools
This a previously sold and returned item that has not been checked properly on its return.
The customer care WhatsApp number is automated AI and tells me that it is currently taking up to 4 hours to reply (obviously lots of complaints) and is open from 09.00 to 17.30 so if you don’t contact them before 13.30 you have little chance of a reply.
Absolutely pathetic.
Don’t buy from the Range.
