Anyone planning to enter America illegally must read this.

This is Dhruv Vaishnav.

In October 2023, Dhruv, his younger brother, his mother, and his father entered the USA through Canada.

The family sold all their property in India and dealt ₹3.2 crore to an agent for all 4 people. The agent told them that after reaching America, they would work there and the amount would be recovered from their earnings.

They took a flight from Delhi and reached Canada.

The agent had arranged a hotel for them in Canada. Later, another agent came and handed over the whole family to a white man.

The family was then taken towards the border at around 8:30 at night. They were given a phone.

After that, they walked through mud for about 1 hour. Then they received a message saying, "Welcome to the United States of America."

They were told that there would be a church nearby and they should sit there. US border officers would arrest them, complete the paperwork, and then release them.

After about 7 hours, a vehicle arrived. They were arrested and taken to a detention center.

At the detention center, their photos and fingerprints were taken. After that, they were released on bail and dropped at a nearby motel.

An agent later came to the motel and took the family on a flight to Tennessee (USA state). From the very next day, all of them started working.

The father worked in a laundry department for $9 per hour.

Both brothers managed a store for $10 per hour.

The mother worked in a store for $9 per hour.

Even after working 12 hour shifts, they were called again. They were not paid extra for overtime.

The family was given only $200 per month for groceries. Sometimes they did not even get enough food. They complained to the agent, but nothing changed.

Later, all of them left those jobs and joined another.

After some time, they had to apply for work permits in the USA. However, the work permit applications of Dhruv's mother and father were rejected, but they continued working.

There were two separate immigration cases. One was for Dhruv and the other was for the rest of the family.

Dhruv was called to immigration court for a hearing.

At the court, the judge said that Dhruv had missed an earlier hearing date and ordered his deportation. He was arrested immediately. He did not have enough money to hire a good lawyer and fight the case.

After that, his parents were also arrested and are currently in a detention center.

Dhruv is now living with relatives in India. He says, "If you are getting 3 meals a day in India, then there is no need to go to any country"

Important for US based NRIs to note. If you don't have US citizenship or Green Card currently, looks like life is going to get more difficult.

This is the latest from United States Citizenship and immigration services:

From now on, an alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a Green Card for permanent residency must return to their home country to apply, except in extraordinary circumstances.

This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes.

When aliens apply from their home country, it reduces the need to find and remove those who decide to slip into the shadows and remain in the U.S. illegally after being denied residency.

Nonimmigrants, like students, temporary workers, or people on tourist visas, come to the U.S. for a short time and for a specific purpose.

Our system is designed for them to leave when their visit is over. Their visit should not function as the first step in the Green Card process.

Why prepaid labels provided by the applicants are not being used ? Prepaid labels are lost on regular basis.

@vfsglobalcare It never works reaching out to the cc. Please dont loose prepaid labels and dont use ur own cheap usps labels which takes forever to deliver and often gets lost in transit.
Understand its peoples personal documents and must be handled with super care.

BREAKING: FedEx driver who pleaded guilty to kidnapping and murdering 7-year-old Athena Strand, has been sentenced to death.

Tanner Horner snatched Athena while he was delivering a Barbie doll to her home in Paradise, Texas.

At one point during the trial, jurors broke down in tears while hearing audio of Horner killing Athena after he told her to take off her shirt and said she was "really pretty."

Athena repeatedly asked for her mother before she was killed.

"Horner is then heard asking Athena to remove her shirt, and there are several moments when she says "no" and asks for her mom. That was followed by repeated sounds of crying, screaming and banging," NBC reported last month.

Following three hours of deliberation today, Horner was sentenced to death by lethal injection.
