@mxtaverse One of the my problem with the citizens and cities are it's romanticism with certain areas and it's proximity.
A city is good if it has proper breathing space aka buffer zones. for that, we need to expand cities horizontal too, instead of just cramming up unplanned

This is how they get courage to act against the law. Even a local Corporator knows exactly how to game the system, drag cases out and walk away untouched. Now imagine how powerful bigger leaders would be in this country.

When you have spent years escaping consequences, one more case is just another file to add to the pile.
