最近來自食物的快樂

腿的線條比每個部位好看
但偏偏下肢很容易堆脂肪
細節也很難練😮‍💨

健身如果只能練一個部位
我一定會練腿
所以明天決定練腿😶

剛剛回顧了過去所有的貼文
反而在推特的murmur來得更私人一點
意外這三年也發了蠻多篇文的
很多小事情小情緒😮‍💨

題外話健身連續50天
是真的該安排休息日了
80分腿蹲已經蹲得好累
希望明天的我可以乖一點 拜託

去吃個早午餐 咖啡廳泡書📖

最近的我 真的很糟
雖然有順利減下來
但也因為社群跟人際經營
頻繁身材焦慮
因此直接把脆跟哀居刪了
一個多月沒有主動社交

對於E人真的是很大的挑戰
有時候分享欲真的爆棚
但知道下載回來還是會焦慮
