@Lowki101Lowki@SymplyTonbra She did it because she knew that Zuko was keeping secrets about the chance of the Avatar surviving, and since he lied to her, she also lied that he killed the Avatar.
That way, if he was telling the truth he would be safe, and if he was lying, he would get what he deserved.
@UrfrenB3nj11@xendir1@jtimsuggs On the second revisiting of the Clone Wars show, Obi-Wan has been seeming more and more like a bitch, and I'm getting pushed to having Ki-Adi Mundi as my favourite Jedi
@Lowki101Lowki@SymplyTonbra Just in the previous comment you exaggerated. You said she burnt down her circus, when she clearly and unambiguously only set a net on fire. You are just trying to make her sound worse than she is.
@Lowki101Lowki@SymplyTonbra You are obviously acting like you don't understand that Mai didn't just stand up to Azula, but she more importantly betrayed her friend and her country by helping a traitor escape.
Executing a traitor isn't at all a foreign concept in human history. Especially old Chinese history
@Lowki101Lowki@SymplyTonbra Everyone knows that they joined her out of fear, but they stayed with her because they are friends. We never see that they are afraid of her except for the first episode they are introduced, since then we see that they are very much enjoying their time with her
@OxAbbe Corrupted spirits are okay, it's not their fault, human emotions and actions cause them to do it.
My real beef is with the normal spirits, they invaded the human world colonized it and chased us away from our own land, forcing us to live on Lion Turtles or be killed.
They are bad
this word vomit ๐ญ let me try!!
โAzula led to a bloodless coup of Ba Sing Se. She convinced its primary defense force to defect, utilizing their preexisting weakness. Her tactical force killed the Avatar, & her strategic mind ensured Aang didnโt fight Ozai on the eclipse.โ
@SymplyTonbra Probably bad writing. I didn't read the comics, but according to the show, Azula has more reason to hate Ty Lee than Ty Lee has to hate Azula
@UnknownSquids@HMBohemond The realm could very possibly be that shed hope, love and mercy that the Emperor, beloved by all, shed before he fought Horus. It could have transformed into an afterlife for the faithful, hence the name "The Emperor's Light"
@Lowki101Lowki@SymplyTonbra She set a net on fire, stop over exaggerating.
She intimidated her to leave the Circus, but nothing else was against her will, if it was against her will, she wouldn't be having so much fun.
She tried to execute an unapologetic traitor that committed treason in front of everyone.
