@OshiBloom How many of my possessions will I still own - and even be using - at the age of 120? Only a handful, if even.

The one exception is my sefarim.

When I buy a book I visualize myself learning from that very book in my old age. When you look at it that way, it’s a great investment.

One Purim I visited Rav Yonason David with some talmidim from Sha’alvim.
On the way out, and with the help of the Purim atmosphere, I asked Rebbetzin Bruria David, “Is it true you wrote the Pachad Yitzchak?”
She smiled and responded, “Every word is from my father”.
Understood.
