@MayorofLondon it took us over 3 hours to get home from SE with two crying babies. If the Woolwich ferry was no longer taking passengers why was this not updated online and why was there a sign only when you got to the entrance to say it was full! After spending hours in traffic!

@virginmedia He continued to sell and not listen to me in the end my sister took over and said that we would be escalating it and said bye he then called me twice afterwards which he had no reason to. To confirm I have spent about an hour on the phone for a contract I have not asked for (4)

@virginmedia He then continued to sell and said that the disconnection cannot be done on WhatsApp and I should have called up. That’s not my fault. He then said he would keep my contract on so he could keep the complaint open. I asked for the contract to be terminated (3)

@virginmedia Today I received an email with a new contract which I haven’t requested after speaking to 3 people I finally spoke to an agent called Mohammed who said I would be paying disconnection charges and continued to try and sell me packages when I asked not to! (2)

@virginmedia I wanted to disconnect my services and gave written 30 days notice on the 1st sept via WhatsApp by the 13th not heard anything so I contacted again to be told by the agent hadn’t put it through so it would now be from the 13th despite me having written confirmation. (1)
