@amazonIN 1st of al no opt 4 contacting customer nw my parcel is not delivered yesterday but delivery person marked as delivered.i hv already paid for my parcel @ d time of order..nt able to contact customer support nor delivery person.rly its frustrating

@amazonIN I think Hyderabad office has got the habit of not delivering the parcel on time…N even i have got tired of making several calls and complain for each n every parcel which i order and it always gets delayed..unsatisfactory service 😫😫
