We are unable to add the missing miles as it says name mismatch.
In fact we had mentioned during check iinn and they said that they will do the needful and there is no issues and the points will get added

We travelled in business class

@GulfAir We see  that disparities in the points too as the member added is been denied loyalty points and miles also less than the prime member 

If so we can create a New member add the point's too 

We  find the loyalty program is inaccessible too and unable to connect or contact.

We would like to mention that we are not able to add the miles for travel as we have to edit the names as per passport. We have shared the details and no reply recd.
We want to mention that the business class seats did not recline at all in kochi bahrain and not good

The business class recliner don't work in Bahrain Kochi and Kochi Bahrain sector 
We had the most uncomfortable travel 
We would like to seek compensation for the miserable travel
