@kuumekaathigona@gtoat_kb He won't win this case because self defence is proportional to the level of threat faced, meaning he cannot use excessive force to counter a minor or neutralized attack
JAH MAN … Every morning before heading out to sell newspapers at a shopping centre at Oshakati, newspaper vendor Shapwa Shipanga picks up his guitar and plays a few tunes from his office next to The Namibian’s Oshakati office. He says the day cannot start until the guitar has had its say. A member of Word, Sound and Power, a Rastafarian musical band at Oshakati, Shipanga says he has been playing guitar since childhood and joined the band in 2009. He has been selling The Namibian newspaper for 21 years. Video: Eliaser Ndeyanale
For context, he was only 26 when they executed him in Windhoek Central Prison in 1977. He was a freedom fighter who was charged with Treason and later executed. Every Namibian child must be taught about the story of Fillemon Nduuvu ya Nangolo. 🙏 🙏 🙏🙏
