Jeg har skrevet en kommentar til @Zetland's fremragende artikelserie, hvor @LeaKorsgaard giver @FieDandanell en umulig opgave i at teste om en selvledende lønmodel kunne være noget for Zetland. Desværre er eksperimentet doomed to fail.

For organisational change, we need to shift our focus from best practices to emergent practices. The "one best way” of working/operating is fine in a world that's linear & predictable but our world is mostly complex & uncertain. The way to improve a complex system is to experiment with approaches that are safe to fail but designed to teach us what may work in this context, ie, build a learning system: https://t.co/IiVgjm1vgT. @joost_minnaar@bbogsnes@BBInstitute Hey Joost! Do you mostly read physical books? Would imagine that a guy like you who reads a lot would find it valuable to have a digital setup for highlight and notes?
It never seizes to surprise me how often the teams I work with need real help with the basics like why are we here, what do we want to achieve and who will do it - when I come in with hopes of flipping over tables and totally rethinking how they work
Just finished @Calnewport_'s "So Good They Can't Ignore You" after listening to @bookwormfm. A fantastic book that left me with a lot of excitement around putting in the reps and reaching mastery rather than pursuing a potential passion. Highly recommend 👏
