You are wasting time insulting me because it won’t stop me from interrogating organized bandits, hypocrites and cowardly traitors. In fact, it makes me more relentless.

If you have legitimate, coherent and plausible arguments against my stated positions, articulate them without ad hominem, umbrage and distortions. They will be deconstructed mercilessly.

I have never had asthma. It doesn’t run in my family, either.

But I am aware of staged, fake and distorted stories which were planted on X (previously Twitter) to cover the conspiracy between despot Uhuru Kenyatta and his Jubilee gang of thugs on the one hand and Raila Odinga and his ODM goons on the other.

My abduction, illegal detentions, torture, sedation and forced exiles were atrocities committed by both Jubilee and ODM.

Raila sent a few lawyers to two police stations without the court order some of them had obtained in court to make it look like ODM was “fighting for Miguna,” when the fact is that Raila and ODM mandarins had already betrayed me and, unbeknownst to me, had struck a deal with despot Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee as of January 30, 2018.

Almost all the advocates Raila and ODM had purportedly instructed to “represent” me were not genuine and none of them pursued my cases to the end. Some intentionally bungled some of the cases to strategically give Matiang’i and other bandits an exit route. None tried to enforce the orders. And recently, Matiang’i publicly confessed that he was giving instructions and probably paying some of them behind my back—to subvert the constitution, undermine my rights and facilitate his defiance of multiple court orders.

I am therefore not surprised that some of my so-called lawyers lied on X, the media and even a few times on court documents—and are now working very closely with those who persecuted me. I am also not surprised that most of them publicly supported and campaigned for the BBI and both the HandChieth with Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto.

I obtained confidential and reliable information from an a few ODM mandarins, including two MPs, about details of the negotiations which Raila and ODM had secretly engaged in with Uhuru Kenyatta and his Jubilee criminals before and after the Uhuru Park swearing in event. They had initially planned to abduct me from either my house or on the road and kill me like they did to Chris Musando, but their plans failed because I sent SOS to my friends, the media and human rights activists after they blew up my house but before they reached where I was in the house.

Those who smirk or yell that I deserved being abducted, detained, tortured, and forced into exile—twice—don’t believe in constitutionalism, rule of law or respect for human rights. They are worse than tyrants because tyrants don’t pretend to be constitutionalists.

Those arguing that the fight for freedom, democracy, respect for human rights, constitutionalism and rule of law has nothing to do with the atrocities committed against me are hypocrites because my rights and freedoms are intricately intertwined with the rights and freedoms of everyone else.

I am not a second class citizen and my rights and freedoms are not dispensable. Anyone who argues otherwise is a full-fledged hypocrite.

If you can’t appreciate the fact that I and everyone else don’t need permission to enjoy our rights and freedoms—and that there are no sacred cows—are inflicted by the same illness tyrants suffer from.

I don’t seek validation from anyone when I write or speak about my experiences and/or share my opinions on my X account. Nor do I need permission to critique, criticize or opine on anyone or anything.

There is no requirement that I must vie for public office or support those vying before I can express myself in any form. Those making such demands don’t believe in the constitutionally enshrined freedom of expression.

We have opposed and resisted tyranny since we were teenagers. We will never surrender to the culture of impunity.
