Completely messed up my rsvp for @NationalPro (rsvp for MIA and flew into FLL). Grabbed my car like always and hit the checkout gate and no record! Thank goodness for TREVOR @ FLL he was patient and kind and got me out in a few extra minutes. Great young man and great exp!
When your @sheratonhotels room has evidence of smoking, smells worse than an ashtray, and the front desk “can’t” move you, what do you do? @SheratonGaller1 is awful and we have 20 rooms and a conference room. @Marriott any advice?
Crazy travel week, but I think I got the southern hospitality backwards this week, the @Marriott branded hotel in Hilton Head couldn’t have made me feel less welcome than any I have ever stayed at, while the @DeltaHotelPHL@DeltaHotelsLtd was unbelievably amazing! City of BroLuv
Following our fiends on an 11 hour drive from in their @Lexus 2010 GX460 that they bought in 2012… 300,000 miles in the beauty nicknamed “Old Gold”! You can hear him, his wife, and two kids cheering on Old Gold!

I hate the fact that sometimes I have to use @DoorDash! Another night of awful service, awful food, and awful customer service. I have no clue how they stay in business, outside of lack of competition or laziness. I vow now to never use them again!

@bryanriddle@SouthwestAir@united@Delta@thepointsguy Massive Point value changes, assigned seats (lots of times I have last minute changes meaning only middles will be available), still don’t know what my dozen years of loyalty mean anymore, just have to keep my options open for 2026 so starting my research early.
So after 12 years of companion pass w/ @SouthwestAir the writing seems to be on the wall that after this year it might be time to look at @united or @Delta. I would love to hear from @thepointsguy which carrier is better for free flights, I use the comp pass about 10 times a yr
Extremely upset about @SouthwestAir slashing points value with no notification… as I am literally on a SW flight. 15 years companion status, how will this impact earning companion pass??? Current management is failing their customers! Need answers!
