Your support has failed completely.

This looks like financial misrepresentation.
Escalating to bank dispute, CFPB, and consumer authorities if not resolved ASAP.

Zero accountability from support.

This raises serious concerns of fraud/misrepresentation.
Formal complaints being filed with bank & regulators.
Resolve immediately.

@joinabound @AboundApp This is unacceptable. My remittance shows “delivered” for weeks, but SBI has NOT credited the amount. No proper support, no resolution.
If this is not FRAUD, what is?
Escalating to my bank, regulators, and consumer protection immediately.

@airindia I did check with travel agency and they are saying you need to check with airindia or give us proof that Airindia refund all the amount and i need compensation for stay and my connecting flights as well as it was mentioned in newspaper.

@airindia On March 5th, I was scheduled to travel from Chicago to Delhi due to an unforeseen family emergency. However, my flight was unexpectedly diverted back to Chicago. I have yet to receive a refund for my stay and connecting flight. My case number18735339, and my PNR 2U3FJM

@airindia It was mentioned that airindia will refund and provide all the compensation but airindia did not help even they were not present on Chicago airport for help. This is very frustrating. I need refund for my whole trip otherwise ill go to consumer court.
