I had tried to book a ticket from COK to MCT for 4th Jan. I selected the payment mode as credit card and entered my ICICI card details. It proceeded and i received an OTP but then it showed booking failed, retry payment. The amount was debited as well. @flipkartsupport

The amount did not get reversed and then when I checked the bookings yesterday I saw that the booking for confirmed. Now I have two tickets. I cancelled one ticket and the convenience fee is non refundable. This is an issue with the app and i request you to refund the full amount

When I checked the orders section the booking was not visible. I assumed the amount would be reversed and proceeded to book again but with a different credit card and this time it got booked successfully.

I had bought this product Redmi Pad from Flipkart during the diwali sale and received the product on time but the product was damaged as seen in the image. I requested a replacement and the @flipkartsupport has been nothing but useless.
