@InTheMoneyAdam@TheICHpodcast He didn’t even really start off working freelance, as he claims. he essentially got a start at Coldwell Banker doing grunt work for busy agents who were posting low effort listings on Craigslist. And somehow managed to get them to agree to a 50/50 split.
@InTheMoneyAdam@TheICHpodcast I’ve never heard Stephen Graham say anything that suggests he’s particularly intelligent. Just got lucky early on with real estate sales, being located in Los Angeles at the height of the 2008 crash, when his local markets were flooded with vacancies he could skim profit from.
@yungNleveraged @litecoin@SatoshiLite What was that thing about buying something that’s beat down and under appreciated despite its undeniable innovation BEFORE the world is ready for it. Like AAPL in it’s early days.
@JoshScavern@convosandbeer@JRNYcrypto China is always trying to stay at the forefront of technology. If they watched Bitcoin take the world by storm and watched the world (especially The US) advance because of it, I'm sure they'll be quick to accept it back with loving arms.
@convosandbeer@JoshScavern@JRNYcrypto It's not about what we or they use, it'd be them admitting they were wrong. Admitting that Bitcoin and Cypto as a whole is the future of currency/transactions.
@CholocateIT@ZssBecker Uh what about stocks moving aftermarket? If anything stocks are more stressful because you have no control over what happens after it closes, with crypto at least you can pull out your money in a panic as Bitcoin drops just before rebounding to ATH again ;)
