Requesting you to kindly help to compensate as per appropriate clause. as I filed a complaint against these transactions within 24 Hours on 2nd December 2023. but i did not receive my payment back in my account. Requesting you to kindly help me to compensate me. because a scammer scammed me when I realized that this is a scam. I have filed a complaint to the Bank and Cybercrime as well and the cybercrime complaint was closed by the investigation officer on 6th June 2024, and I have not received my payment refund back in my bank account. I have lost 37,000 INR and I haven't received justice from the law enforcement agency (Cyber Crime Dept.) & Bank. If a scammer scammed someone & successfully credited in the scammers bank account, then I can't get back my hard-earned money? As I have multiple time complaints to my bank and my bank is contacting or not to the beneficiary bank and then they are just sending an email or SMS. that your complaint has been resolved or has been rejected from the beneficiary bank. I am deeply stressed/anxiety of this working style of banks and law enforcement as i was complaint within 24 hours of incident to my bank and cybercrime portal and 1930. 

Everyone just carries forwarding things to others. like my bank is saying the beneficiary bank is rejecting our request and when i am contacting the beneficiary bank directly, then send an email. We are checking with our internal team and please share FIR copy and contact police authority. but police have not raised FIR after my request and beneficiary bank is also asking, request your bank from where your amount has been debited. but my bank is already saying beneficiary bank is rejecting our request. 

What is going on here. Can we get justice from anywhere. RBI/BANK/POLICE/LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPT ?

If any individual person or firm needs to open a bank account, then too much KYC documents are required from them. then how scammer/fraudster are getting bank account to perform scam and safely bypass. Mostly my payment (35k) transferred in PNB Bank account. if they fail to KYC Non-Compliance & Failure to Monitor Mule Accounts. They (PNB) should pay this 35K to me & PAYTM 2K to me. (The RBI ombudsman should investigate specific deficiencies in the "beneficiary" banks (where the stolen money was deposited). Otherwise, how people will trust on banks and digital payment. 

Humbly requesting you to kindly help to compensate as per appropriate clause . 

Cybercrime Acknowledgement No.3131223006187 (MHA NO. 5226), Registered - 2nd December 2023 & Closed- 6th June 2024 and no body is providing investigation report. What they have investigated.

सीबीआई की रेड में पूर्व एडिशनल कमिश्नर केशव लाल के घर से भारी मात्रा में संपत्ति बरामद हुई। रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, लगभग 100 करोड़ से अधिक की संपत्ति मिली जिसमें 10 करोड़ नकद, 3 करोड़ के जेवरात और बाकी अचल संपत्ति शामिल थी। यह उनकी आय से लगभग 1700% अधिक बताई गई। नकदी को गद्दों, अलमारियों, सोफ़े के पीछे और यहां तक कि बाथरूम के फ्लश टैंक में छुपाया गया था। केशव लाल 2017 में रिटायर हुए थे। यह मामला आय से अधिक संपत्ति और भ्रष्टाचार की गंभीर मिसाल माना जा रहा है।

एक नर्सिंग होम में सब कुछ सामान्य लगता था। वहाँ डेनियल नाम का एक केयरगिवर था—सब उसे दयालु, भरोसेमंद और मेहनती मानते थे।

समय बीतता गया।
फिर 2018 में अचानक डेनियल ने नौकरी छोड़ दी।

कुछ समय बाद नर्सिंग होम के स्टाफ ने महिला के शरीर में अजीब बदलाव देखे। जब डॉक्टरों ने जांच की… तो पूरा स्टाफ स्तब्ध रह गया।

वह महिला गर्भवती थी।

एक ऐसी महिला… ��ो खुद से हिल भी नहीं सकती थी… वह गर्भवती कैसे हो सकती थी?

पूरा मामला पुलिस तक पहुँचा।
जांच शुरू हुई और नर्सिंग होम के सभी पुरुष कर्मचारियों का DNA टेस्ट कराया गया।

रिपोर्ट आई… और सच्चाई ने सबको झकझोर दिया।

जिसे सब भरोसेमंद समझते थे…
वही डेनियल इस घिनौने अपराध का दोषी निकला।

उसने उस असहाय महिला की मजबूरी का फायदा उठाया, जिसकी सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी उसी पर थी।

पुलिस ने उसे तुरंत गिरफ्तार क��� लिया।
अदालत में उस पर एग्रवेटेड असॉल्ट और यौन शोषण के गंभीर आरोप साबित हुए।

⚖️ आखिरकार अदालत ने उसे 20 साल की जेल की सजा सुनाई।

इसी बीच उस महिला ने एक स्वस्थ बच्चे को जन्म दिया।
हालाँकि वह खुद उसकी देखभाल नहीं कर सकती थी, इसलिए अधिकारियों ने बच्चे को एक सुरक्षित परिवार को गोद दे दिया।

सालों बाद… चमत्कार हुआ।
वह महिला होश में आ गई।

जब उसे बताया गया कि उसके साथ क्या हुआ था… तो वह टूट गई।
लेकिन उसे यह जानकर सुकून मिला कि उसकी खामोश चीख बेकार नहीं गई और दोषी सलाखों के पीछे है।

कभी-कभी सबसे डरावनी सच्चाई वही होती है, जिस पर हम सबसे ज्यादा भरोसा करते हैं।
