@jagograhakjago Customers should not be forced to collect their own orders when doorstep delivery has been promised and paid for. Such experiences negatively impact consumer trust and should be addressed appropriately.

Your delivery agent refused doorstep delivery, behaved unprofessionally, and told me to speak to customer care when I requested the order be delivered to the address provided. Customers should not have to chase deliveries after paying for home delivery.

@GHMCOnline It used to be the best corporation when resolving public requests and I can say not now. It's been more than a month since I've filed a complaint for the street lights issues and contacted them many times. No one is interested in helping/clearing public problems.
