Since the beginning of my tenure as Chairperson QCI, I always felt that I had been given the responsibility to bring changes on ground and touch the lives of Indian citizens. Today, I feel humbled that one of my dearest endeavours to connect with villages has gotten wings. The Sarpanch Samvaad app was launched by His Excellency, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor of Assam in Guwahati in the presence of 30+ Sarpanchs from different parts of country. This is a collective effort to transform India; village by village.

Some Irregularities/ Technical Glitches have been observed in the Online Examination Conducted on 3rd September 2023 for recruitment of Examiners of Patents & Designs (Group ‘A’ officers) for the Office of CGPDTM. 

The Competent Authority has decided to cancel the examination to ensure fairness, credibility and transparency in the said recruitment process. The new schedule for examination shall be announced in due course.
