At least he's a striker and he's doing his job pretty well. He scored 50 goals but hardly any of his goals were link ups from Vini or any wingers. The only person in that team that really understands the style of Mbappé’s play is Arda Guler, Providing most of the assist. A football team often builds its tactical system around a central striker because that player serves as the main goal threat and the focal point for the rest of the team.
