I signed up with EC they came to install a radio device WITHOUT checking if the alarm is working and when the panic button was pressed they did not respond , now claiming rewiring needs to be done at my expense of R1600 ??

@JHBWater I have a burst water pipe in front of my house , I logged a call yesterday morning 7am to date nobody came to fix it !!! The water has saturated my grass and is now moving into my back yard!!??? 2 Days of running water wasted !! My wall is damp now and could collapse!?
