@TheGattoniCelli Mass transit doesn’t pay into the Highway Trust Fund but gets money from the HTF. Highways pay into the HTF (gas tax, etc.) and get money from the HTF because it’s supposed to be a users pay system. So the answer is no, but math would be different if mass transit paid into HTF.

@barrysvrluga Since we’re renaming infrastructure these days, maybe we change the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, named after one of the biggest racists of them all, to the Ted Lerner Bridge, for a true DC native who may or may not have brought the Nats here but did a lot more for the DMV.
