YouTube is also cool for video clips: specifically thinking of comparing film adaptations of Frankenstien with the text @teachsci8 #csubedte4200

There are so many free tools available with Google. The one drawback is internet accessibility, although several of those tools are available offline.@teachsci8

With the infrastructure for access, provided and maintained by regulated providers as they do other utilities. @teachsci8

Internet access is a huge obstacle, and not just in making hotspots available at a taco bell or something similar. Internet access should be viewed as water or power and regulated as such. This is the obstacle.
