A one-bedroom is ~$4,000 and still climbing. Rent buys you flexibility. Up 20% YoY. It never buys you the asset.
2/ Owning costs more in month one. Nobody serious argues otherwise. But "cheaper in March" was never the question. The question is: where are you in five years?
