Changing our thinking, to be more in line with how Christ would think, is a way of getting away from the negative thoughts that plague us. Focusing on Jesus, or keeping our eyes on Jesus, will help to renew our minds. Digging into the word of God will help us understand Christ.
We live in a society where we think we have to earn everything. Thank God that His love is unconditional. He loved us while we were yet unsaved sinners. This is a blessing to my heart today to remember this truth. Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so.
I love this passage, 2 Corinthians 517, therefore, if we are in Christ, the old has gone, the new has come. When Christ comes into our life., He changes us from the inside out. When Christ forgives our sins, we are made clean and a fresh and a new. Let us set our hearts on Him!

Our new study begins today, and it begins with another one of my favorite passages, Romans 12:2. Today we begin to transform our minds after the mind of Christ. Let us not allow the negative thoughts to take us down, but rather let us replace them with the truth of God.
Lord, help me to walk daily in these 4 spiritual principles: studying the bible, prayer, service, and connecting with the church. Keep me connected to You, the true vine. Help me to produce fruit in keeping with Your commands.
During a most difficult time, God gave Daniel and the others unusual abilities because they remained faithful to God. If we remain faithful to God, God will watch over us and bless us, even during our most difficult times. Let us place our trust in Jesus!
We all need friends like Johnathan in our lives, to support and encourage us in hard times. To encourage us to remain strong under all circumstances, even during the most dire times. May I be a Johnathan to those closest to me. May I give them support and encouragement.
Like most all people, I have faced tough times in life. Times I wouldn’t wish on anyone, times I brought upon myself, and times others have brought upon me. Christ has been my anchor through all of these difficult times, even when I didn’t see it at the time.
This Truth always hits home. We will be forgiven as we forgive. Today we read some very familiar passages about forgiveness. It’s easier to say the words I forgive you than to actually forgive others. God has forgiven a greater debt in us than anyone has ever had with us.
If we open our lives up to the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit will empower us to serve God and do amazing miraculous things. The Holy Spirit will allow us to be God’s witness as we walk this walk. Today, be open to the anointing of the Holy Spirit to empower you to serve God.

This is another one of my favorite passages! Lord, transform me by the renewing of my mind. Reveal to me what I worship and help me to put it aside to worship You and to seek You first. Help me to focus my mind and heart and spirit on You.
This is one of my favorite passages. Jesus wants to help us in our struggles. He wants to help carry the load of our burdens. We are sinners, saved by grace. Saved by the love of God, who wishes to help us walk this walk. Thanks be to God.
Lord, help me to continue praying for burden, opportunity, and boldness. Holy Spirit, continue to use me for Your purposes. I yield my life to Your will. Use me and use me up in Your service. Take away my selfish ways and give me a heart for You.
I am called to be an ambassador for Jesus. I have experienced God‘s grace and forgiveness. Because of this, I am called to share the good news. I have experienced God‘s grace, and thus I can share firsthand what it means to be forgiven. Lord, help me today to share my faith!
Lord, may I be willing to go where You send me. May my response be that of Isaiah, here am I, send me. Give me boldness for that next conversation, for stepping out of my comfort zone for You. Give me a holy boldness about my faith. May I share it with others! Here am I Lord!
“Write down one name and pray B.O.B. over that person: burden, opportunity, boldness.”
Lord, help me today to be aware of the people You place in my path. Help me to share my faith with them. I have one person in mind today. I will see them later this morning.
B.O.B. is not a program. It is a prayer. Lord, give me a burden for people. Open doors in my ordinary life. Grant me boldness when the moment comes. Walk with me today as I enter Baltimore to visit 2 brothers in the hospital. You know who I will encounter today!
Lord, give me B.O.B. moments today! Help me to have a burden for others and their need for Christ. Give me opportunity to share my faith. And, give me the boldness needed to share! Help me be a shining light for You!
