@JacobEniv@grumpynskeptic@MattWallace888 Ultimately it will be attributed to several things that all contributed to it and not just on the controller.. Airport management, the controller and the firefighters all played their part in this incident.

@grumpynskeptic@JacobEniv@MattWallace888 A costly mistake by the controller for sure.. but not fair that he was working two separate frequencies (air & ground) on his own plus dealing with an existing emergency at the time, task saturation, not stupidity….
