@DouglasWei43233 @GreenieBugg Yeah it’s kinda disturbing how many people are disappointed by this decision just because they don’t like AM. Everybody deserves a fair trial and a blind man could see this trial anything but fair! The justice system actually worked for once!

@jamesfromcourt Not sure how bundling the case would benefit them, the case was less about the victims and mostly focused on the finances, because realistically the state has very little evidence for the actual murder. He was convicted because he is a scumbag not because they proved he did it

@MarieEm99 @fashionistaera Evidence in summary judgement is weighed in the light most favourable to lively so if it was dismissed it means the judge said she didn’t have any evidence a jury could POSSIBLY find she was telling the truth. Even Amber Herds claims passed summary judgement…😂

@MPowersNorrell IMO the standard is beyond a reasonable doubt and there was reasonable doubt in this case, Alec was convicted because he’s a bad guy and proven to be a liar, not because the state had a airtight murder case. The motive was even bizarre.
