Camera captures motorcyclist being thrown into building after being hit by a speeding car Brazil

The victim suffered injuries to the elbow and ankle and remains hospitalized in a conscious and stable condition. The accident occurred (23) in Satildeo Bernardo do Campo, in Greater SP.
A security camera captured the moment a motorcyclist was thrown into the air after being hit by a speeding car that was traveling in the wrong direction .
The motorcyclist suffered injuries to his elbow and ankle and remains hospitalized in a conscious and stable condition, according to information from the City of Satildeo Bernardo.
The crash took place on Avenida Dom Pedro de Alcacircntara, at number 180, at around 6 am, when there was almost no traffic on the street.
The motorcycle was traveling alone along the avenue and was surprised by a car traveling in the opposite direction. After the collision, the motorcyclist was thrown against the wall of a store, falling more than a meter above the ground. Already on the ground, it is possible to see in the images that he moves and even sits down.
The car then hits the storefront and ends up back in the middle of the road. The driver and passenger of the car run out of the vehicle to help the motorcyclist.
The victim was rescued by a Samu team, who performed first aid at the scene and took her to the Emergency Hospital, where she remains hospitalized.
According to the Public Security Department, the driver of the car did not show signs of drunkenness.
The experts and the IML were called and the case was registered as negligent bodily harm while driving a motor vehicle and collision at the 1st DP in Satildeo Bernardo do Campo

Nana Kwabena Okyere, the Mmrantehene of the Ayanfuri Traditional Area in Ghana’s Central Region, died after accidentally shooting himself during a funeral ceremony.

The incident occurred on May 8, 2026, during the funeral rites of a local elder in Ayanfuri. According to reports, the traditional leader was handling a pump-action shotgun as part of a ceremonial display when the weapon discharged, striking him in the abdomen.

He was rushed to Ayanfuri Pentecost Hospital for emergency treatment but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.

Police officers responded to the hospital after receiving a distress call and launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

His body was transferred to the Dunkwa-on-Offin Municipal Hospital mortuary pending an autopsy and further inquiries.

The incident has sparked discussion in Ghana about firearm safety during traditional ceremonies and public events

Man was ☠️ after he was pinned by an elevator in a Manhattan apartment building this morning.
An NYPD spokesperson said the incident happened at 344 Third Avenue, near East 26th Street, in Kips Bay. The 30-year-old victim, whose name has not been officially released, became pinned by an elevator between the first floor and basement of the 23-story building, which is called Manhattan Promenade.
An FDNY spokesperson added that the man was 'caught between the car and the shaft.' The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A law enforcement source told the NY Post the victim was exiting the elevator when it fell from the first floor toward the basement. They add that three other people were in the elevator at the time as well the Daily News source says there were two other people in the elevator).

Speeding car mows down pedestrians and dog in Patna; one dead, five injured India

Speeding car lost control and ran over multiple pedestrians on Jhakdi Mahadev Road near Gola in Danapur, Patna, killing one man and injuring five others. The deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Chansi Rai.

CCTV footage shows the car entering from the wrong side and striking four people before briefly stopping. A man became trapped beneath the front wheel. Moments later, the driver accelerated again, running over the victim for a second time. As bystanders attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver sped away, running over additional people while fleeing.

Witnesses said the car was traveling at an estimated 60–70 kmph at the time of the incident. The footage also shows a dog being hit and severely injured moments before the collision with the pedestrians.

The victims were rushed to nearby hospitals. Rai was initially taken to the Military Hospital and later transferred to a private hospital in Raja Bazar, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Police have reviewed local CCTV and are tracking the route taken by the vehicle as investigations continue to identify and apprehend the absconding driver.

A man has spoken out after a violent shotgun attack in Qalyubia that left him and his five-year-old son seriously injured. The incident circulated widely on social media, prompting public calls for authorities to apprehend those responsible.

The self-employed Sandro dos Santos, 46 years old, died after being filmed ingesting a bottle full of cachaça during a 'joke' with colleagues, in the municipality of São Miguel do Aleixo (SE) .
