@Airbnb Im in a rental that isn’t up to par. The place wasn’t ready for us when we got here (they asked us to wait an hour to clean), it ultimately wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, all the towels smell like mold and the bath doesn’t drain. How do i proceed with a refund/cancellation?

I'm back in Miami after 11 months. My longest stretch of not being home and I'm so blessed to be back
