@AdamSchefter@NFLPA NFL stadia are mostly, if not all, multi-purpose facilities used year round, many in weather conditions that are unfriendly to grass.
To cite a two month/single use period of play in the spring and summer seasons is making at best a disingenuous argument.
@AdamSchefter@NFLPA The issue of the playing surface in the NFL is a workplace issue; therefore it is a mandatory subject of collective bargaining. The players have since the days of Ed Garvey’s leadership have made free agency and pensions higher priorities.
@BlackLabelAdvsr Soccer haters will use anything to criticize.
Getting the call right no matter how minuscule the detail: calls have been reversed made in the NFL upon video review based on a toe being out of bounds.
FYI, soccer is popular in the USA. It’s just not as popular as other sports.
@MustangMan_TX She’s iconic and simply a great player. They’re all jealous of her success and rewards.
They should embrace her. She is driving the success of this league.
@thenotorious617 These are not primarily soccer stadia. They are football stadia. You’re comporting two types of stadia that serve very different events.
