All swimmers are reminded that the lido will close early this evening, at 7pm, due to humans filming nearby. ‘Splash with Susan’ aerobics has been rescheduled to tomorrow morning #Winterwatch

It’s a brisk 2 degrees 🧊 at the lido this morning. A reminder to bathers that ‘Aerobics with Andy’ starts at 9am, with lane swimming from 11. All species welcome (but no owls).

Reports of my demise are unfounded, although the snettisham splashers were sad to lose a valued colleague earlier this evening in a wanton attack just outside the lido #Winterwatch

It’s a brisk 3 degrees 🧊 at the Lido this morning, which opens at 9am for diurnal bathers of all species. Regulation swim caps are required, and can be purchased from behind the crooked birch next to Tony’s den (badger). #winterwatch

@Natures_Voice @BBCSpringwatch Your concern is incredibly kind, but this isn’t about me, it’s about the dedicated bathers at snettisham who deserve the peaceable enjoyment of the lido which has served the community for generations #savethesnettishamsplashers
