but we are migrants and our posts are supernumerary in nature as it a special package for return and rehabilitation of kashmiri migrants vide. S.R.0 412 of 2009 and these are not borne by state hence S.o 192 of 2020 and S.O of 194 shall not apply to Pm package

Today GDA has issued an order regarding application of S.O 194 on migrant posts, i want to inform you that these rules apply to general posts as these are borne by state government and the applicants have to spend 2 years in their home district. @OfficeOfLGJandK @PMOIndia
