This isn't some new concept to them, this is something that should have been done well before even founders got to play

@Taskforceshama1 @GearboxOfficial They didn't scale down legendaries, just total drop rates. It will affect legendary drops but not nearly as much as you think unless they scaled it down to only dropping one gun per boss fight...
