@larianstudios Hey folks, for some reason BG3 is struggling to load my game or it crashes on my Ps5 today, it was working perfectly fine yesterday? In the error message when trying to load the game it says there's a problem on your end?

@Tandem_Bank hello, is it possible to have a statement for my fixed saver as well as my instant access saver? I've tried to access a PDF statement for my fixed saver and it isn't showing anything. It is really important I can access this as I need to prove proof of funds for visa
@AvantiWestCoast So if this second claim is refused again, shall I amend the first and say that the train to Edinburgh was cancelled? There were literally no trains running north of Carlisle on that day due to a storm.
@AvantiWestCoast Hello, I put two requests in for compensation for the same journey, as a train had been delayed and then another cancelled entirely, but my claim for the cancellation was declined because I had "made a duplicate claim". I have refuted this but not heard anything.
@AvantiWestCoast Hey Ross, this wasn't made clear to me during the process. The claim would only take into account one of my issues with the journey, so I made two to reflect the two instances that occured.
@AvantiWestCoast Hey Ross, it was a single journey (for two people) to Edinburgh from Coventry (via Carlisle). I put a claim in for the delay from Preston to Carlisle, and then one for the cancellation of the train from Carlisle to Edinburgh.
@thetrainline I have purchased a ticket for two from Coventry to Edinburgh, and as we boarded we have been told that our journey north of Preston is heavily disrupted due to adverse weather, and I am being denied a full refund. Please sort this out.
@TPEassist Hello, myself and my partner are travelling to Edinburgh from Coventry at the moment. We get off at Carlisle but the train has been cancelled between there and Edinburgh, is there a road replacement service?
@KFC_UKI_Help Hello, I ordered food on the KFC app and my payment had been declined, tried again and the same happened. However I now have two live orders for takeaway, when I wanted delivery!! Google Pay says I've been charged for both meals, any help would be appreciated pls
