Wherever you look at it, it's a much worse decision than when Ole sounded a season ago. A terrible decision.

@flo79281503 I’m not a massive fan of Glasner but at least he is proven. For me no issue to remove Werner, he did his job has things to work on but has earned his spot. Who cares about looks and his personality we are not a fashion brand but a football club.

@therealdataguy @Transfermarkt It would seem his personality. Tactics can be fixed with work no manager is perfect. We had a great season and he did what had to be done. Some personnel changes and a tweak of tactics here and there without changing too much and we fix the two issues we had this season.
